Hi Experts,
we would like to show two different Recommendations on two different Web Pages. E.g. the first one shows the top sellers last 60 days on a Product Detail Page and the other one shows the top sellers last 7 days on the home page. (We're using the SAP Marketing Cloud)
What we've done is to create a second recommendation scenario which also continuse the model type "top sellers". But what happens is, that the two scenarios are linked to eachother an we just can use one model type.
So how can we proceed?
It's a very urgent problem. Thank you very much!
Christiane

Hello Christiane,
Yes, more than one recommendation scenarios can be associated with a recommendation model type which is associated with a list of recommendation models, but at any point of time there is only one recommendation model is at active state which provides recommendations. So for your current setup, recommendations on both pages are provided by the same active model. To solve your problem, you can simply create a new model type in the Model Type app and associate one recommendation scenario to this new model type in the Recommendation Scenario app Then you create a model to return Top-Sellers of last 60 days and leave the existing model to return Top-Sellers of last 7 days.
Note that in order to access the Model Type app, you need to have the business role - SAP_BR_BUSINESS_ANALYST_MKT assigned to your user.
Hope this solves your problem and let us know if you have further questions.
Best regards,
Qiu Wen
