Hello experts
i updatet a cco installation to
version=2.9.20 build.date=29.2009180935 customer.version=2.0 FP09 PL13
Now we have the problem, that no reciepts can be printed.
It just happened nothing on the printer.
A printout of a Testtext from The Hardware--> Test Folder is working fine.
Has anyone an idea what went wrong?

Is your sales receipt print template activated?
Is there any information in the CCO log files?
Are you using the standard or a customized print template?
