RECEIPT STAUS ONLY SHOWING POSTED AND ABORTED- CANCELLED NOT SHOWING NEW REATIL UI MODE-CCO

Dear Team,

When conducting a receipt search in CCO (Customer Checkout), we've noticed that under "Receipt Status," only "Posted," "Aborted," and "New" statuses are displayed in the new UI. In the old UI mode, the "Returned" and "Partially Returned" statuses were also visible.

Upon opening the "Configuration" tab , we noticed that the "Returned" and "Partially Returned" statuses are available in the search options there. However, it's important to note that cashier users typically do not have access to the configuration tab.

We kindly request guidance on whether there is a possibility to display the "Returned" status in the normal receipt search window without the need for accessing the configuration tab. This information would be beneficial for our cashier users.

You're right, the in the new UI receipt search now distinguishes between

1. Receipt status (New, Open, Posted, Parked, Canceled etc.)
2. Receipt substatus (Returned, Partially returned, Not returned, Reversed)

An option in the Advanced receipt search allows users to filter the results by receipt substatus:
