Real Time Value in UI rules not shown anymore - C4C

Hi all,

I miss the real time values in the creation of UI rules in C4C. If I start the adaption mode and create a UI rule (for validation/visibility etc.), previously it was possible to click on a specific field (e.g. "assigned to" in BO Ticket) and then see the Real Time Value of the current open ticket. See screenshot.

Why is this not possible anymore? I don't see the real time value anymore,... instead it is just shown "Real Time Value" - but not it's not changing.

Any tips?

Hi all,

I now find the solution by myself... It is a firefox issue. If I use Chrome or Edge, it works and I can see the real-time values.

Hi,

It looks like a temporary system issue as in my system we can see actual "real-time value" as shown for both opportunity and tickets.

Thanks for your feedback! I still cannot see the "real-time values"... I will open an incident, as this seems to be a specific problem for our tenant.
