Real Time Connection from SAP CDC to Emarsys Integration

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate the Data from CDC to Emarsys using Inbuilt Emarsys Integration in SAP CDC.

The Subscription fields are getting shared with Emarsys but somehow i dont see the data( custom Fields replicated )

Also I am getting below error - Error: Schema cannot be processed as ExternalId already exists for customer.

also the profiles are not getting replicated. there is no field ExternalID in CDC , i tried to remove all the profiles and created new , even tried to search this error in emarsys API but does not work.

How to handle this either in SAP CDC or Emarsys?

Hello Ruchita,

as of now, Emarsys support this Connector only if it's the exclusive connector. For instance, it isn't possible to use it along with Commerce Cloud Plugin - so let me ask if there is another Plugin already integrated?

The profiles can be replicated only after the initial handshake, after the schema is synchronised etc. I'd suggest to raise a support ticket to check the particular situation.

Emarsys is working on removing this particular limitation, we've done relevant progress, but still don't have concrete ETA. It is possible (based on support ticket) reset the "ExternalID".
