Hello,
I'm trying to configure integration S4HANA with C4C and HCI, and I'm follow a guide of (
Basic Integration setup using SAP
Cloud Platform Integration
version May 2018)
But I have two problems.
1. Business Configuration Set: In the section 5.8 (Business Configuration Set) we try to activate BC Set C4C_INTEGRATION_CS, following the procedure of the sub-section 5.8.1. When executed the tcode SCPR20 and choose Activate BC Set, we selected the Business System that we created in the sub-section 5.6.1 Configure Data Replication Framework.
The logs, show us some errors entry: In the guide has a note: Ignore if there are any warning messages during the activation of the BC set. But in this case, we have some errors.
I tried to search about this errors, but the results was unsuccessful.
2. Generate Integration Settings for Data Exchange: I ignored the error BC Sets, and I continued the section to configure integration settings. When I tried to generate the connectivity settings, the logs showed me two errors:

1. For the BCSET issue check this note, to apply the last version of the BCSET.
2438575 - BC set C4C_INTEGRATION_CS is not up to date
2335820 - Cloud for Customer Integration: Error during activation of BCSET C4C_INTEGRATION_CC
*Also pay attention to this note, just if you face something similar
2570752 - Object Relation COD_REPL is missing in BC set C4C_INTEGRATION_CC
2 Then I recommend you re-run the connectivity report and see if the problem persists...
*The 2326768 note doesn't apply for S4 Hana.

Look, I sent your recommends to my BASIS team and they told me that 2438575 note cannot be implemented, because in the solution note recommend "implement the corresponding support package"
and us S4HANA system has this support package:

So, Do you think that us re-implement the 2438575 note although we have the software component version and support package in us S4HANA?

Not really, I dont recommend to you re-implement, however your team can try.
So you are in S4CORE release 101 SP 002, you can try with the next note:
2335820 - Cloud for Customer Integration: Error during activation of BCSET C4C_INTEGRATION_CC
*This note is embbeded in SP 003
Check the note and see if make sense, re-run the BCSET and try again with connectivity report.

I don't understand, Why do you recommend to try the note 2335820? If this note is about BC Set C4C_INTEGRATION_CC and I have the problem when I tried to activate BC SET C4C_INTEGRATION_CS. I don't have problem to activate BC SET C4C_INTEGRATION_CC.
