Good Morning Community;
Please, does anyone know how to tell me how to create an Key Figure to group customers by "Range" of values (SAP C4C).?
I'm not able to group the results in a customer report, as an example.
I need to know how many vehicles a customer has! And group customers by vehicle range ... 0 -4, 5 to 12, 13 to 26 and + 26 (car numbers per customer)...
Thanks
Bom Dia Community;
Obrigado

Hi Victor,
We dont have option to create a key figure which can act as range as you have mentioned in description.
However you can try as below (it will be easier then to figure out the range with manual effort)
-> Save the report view as per your requirement for example, add characteristics customer, vehicle and key figure counter in report view)
-> Go to Show table setting and select Row as Arrange as Hierarchy
-> then you will get the result as below (example):
Customer1 has count value as 10 which means customer1 has bought 10 vehicles.
Customer2 has count value as 3 which means customer2 has bought 3 vehicles. and so on
-> Now Create a new exception (fill necessary details, apply to result only, and also select alter indicator) where you can set the threshold as per your range (for example)
0-4 with green color
5-12 with yellow color and so on
-> Enable this exception and then if you see the report, based on that range, you will get indicator which will reflect the range set by you.
-> Then you can download this report in excel and filter based on color. This will give you exact data for all the customer who have bought vehicles as per range one by one. Or you can explore if there is any other feature in excel which can show customer who have bought vehicles as per range all at a time in a sorted manner.
Please try from your end and if you need any further assistance on the same ,either revert here or raise incident for better assistance.

Saurav Kumar
