Raas option is not showing in our tenant SAP CDC

Hi Experts,

I am following the blog: How to get started with SAP Customer Data Cloud Webinar Summary

after creating the site as localhost, I am not able to see all the options in my tenant, in the blog the Raas->screen sets option is selected

but whereas for us it is not there in the work center list

how to get all the options for my site?
I am the admin for our tenant, am I missing any permissions?

I have created an incident in https://launchpad.support.sap.com/

you can also report an incident but for that, your company need to have aComponent ( this is what SAP calls which links to gigya support team and your company ) asking them to add the RAAS work center to your tenant and share your tenant ID and after a day or two, you will find the workcenter

Hi kishore96 I'd recommend reaching out to the sys admin for your partner and checking the privileges they have provided you. If you've been provided the right permissions and you are still unable to see this menu option then you can try clearing the site cache/local files etc and doing a hard reload. If that still fails then I'd recommend reaching out to support.
