Quotes in SAP Customer Checkout

We have retail staff in the shop that need to issue quotes? Is this functionality available within SAP Customer Checkout, i.e. POS?”

How can we handle this workaround? Any idea?

Is this functionality going to come in FP07?

Hello,

In SAP Customer Checkout, it is not possible to create Sales Quotation or Sales Order.
It is possible to create these documents. More detailed in THIS blog.

• AR Invoice + Incoming/Out-going Payment
• AR Reservice Invoice + Incoming/Out-going Payment
• AR Reservice Invoice + Delivery + Incoming/Out-going Payment
• The first 3 combination mentioned above with reference to a sales order or Sales Quotation.
• Incoming Payment
• Out-going Payment

I cannot think of an easy work-around to achieve creation of sales quotation. Partner will have to create PlugIn(add-on) in SAP Customer Checkout which has new User Interface and new B1if services to achieve it.

In August we are planning to release FP06, and this is not included in FP06. In the below blog all functionality planned for FP06 can be seen.
