We're using hybris 6.4. We want the backoffice approver to apply a LINE LEVEL quote discount AND when the customer converts to an order it keeps that data.
Here’s the scenario:
User requests quote with two (or more) products
Let’s say product 1 is $100
Product 2 is $1000
Quote total is 1100 at this time.
SalesRep or approver goes into backoffice and applies a 10% discount to product 2.
That means the line 2 total is 900 and the quote total is now 1000.
Customer accepts and enters checks out.
System displays the 100 discount. System retains the order subtotal (let’s assume no tax and shipping, but it doesn’t matter) as 1000.
Throughout checkout and into order history, the system maintains the adjusted order amount, even though the discount was applied at the order line level, as compared to the quote order level.
Also, this should also work as a fixed price adjustment to the line.
Can anyone confirm this functionality works OOB?
