Quotation Sap Sales Cloud and CPQ

Dear Collegues,

We are working in C4C and CPQ Project with the next requirement:

we have quotation with configurable product then we are configured in C4C that some Quote types are Quotation that we need to create in CPQ to be able to add the configurable product.

we haven´t any problem with this requirement.

The problem is that the user after create the quote in CPQ and add the items with Configurable product want to display the quote in the C4C Screen, because they want to see the Document flow of this quotation, they need to create ticket from this quotation, etc.

My question is. if I create a quote in c4c, but this quote is a document type that is open in CPQ. When i Save the Quote in CPQ, this Quote is create in C4C.

From C4C when i Click in the Quote ID to open the detail of quote. This quote is opened in C4C or in CPQ. If this Quote is opened in CPQ, how can i display its document flow or how can i create a ticket from this Quote.

Hello,

The integration C4C-CPQ for quotation doesn't allow us to see the C4C quote itself. So you can't use the feature only available in C4C quotation tabs directly.
