"set as won" multiple - more than 1 - sales quotes in same opportunity

Hello,

I'm facing an issues with financial colleagues

If I have a work on several days, or hand labour and spare parts for example,

=> I create multiple "sales quotes" in the same opportunity, but financial colleagues says it's impossible to set as won more than 1 sales quotes....

they said I must make new opportunity ?? but for me it's the same "machine" / "place"

any idea ?
