"Private Country" field added on Contacts QC screen C4C

With the 2102 release upgrade to the test systems, we have noticed that a new "Private Country" field appeared in the Contact QC screen. Was this added by default by SAP in the 2102 by the release upgrade and should we also expect it to appear by default on our Productive systems?

From what i know ,as a part of recent changes in 2102 , The Country field is changed to Country/Region to accommodate the way certain geographies are displayed.

We don't see any standard field named Private Country , so you may once check if this label is changed or adapted via adaptation
