"Is Employee of" relationship not getting updated in sap crm backend

Dear members,

Only after upgrade of system we are facing is employee responsible assigned (ppoma_crm or webui through technical manager roles) not getting updated in bp backend, below are reference screenshots. Tried cross checking settings too but of no use everything is fine w.r.t (
