Hi Experts,
Does anyone familiar with this error? We are integrating C4C into SAP Business One. Upon syncing of master data, we are encountering this error. Thanks for the help in advance.

It is difficult to determine the root cause via this channel.
You will need to create an incident for this from your Cloud for Customer tenant for our Cloud for Customer Integration team to check.
It would be beneficial in this instance for the team if you could carry out an ICM trace prior to creating the incident and attach this then once the incident has been created.
I have created a Blog for creating incidents for the Integration team, going through this blog and having the relevant information to hand immediately will greatly help the guys on the team. (There is also information within this on how to carry out an ICM trace)

Once the issue has been solved via the incident , let us know what was causing the error.
