"Failed to get org and user" error for SAP Commerce Visual Search

I'm trying to intergate Visual Search API with SAP Commerce Cloud.
But "/images/v2/search" API is failing with 401 Unauthorized error and message: Failed to get org and user

All other APIs from SAP AI Toolkit are working fine with same Bearer token.

USEA (US): https://api-usea-prod.cxai.cloud.sap
DEWC (EU): https://api-dewc-prod.cxai.cloud.sap

If they are not these hosts as mentioned above, you might just get that error as mentioned

All customers are advised to use above. if you point back to toolkit backend API hosts, it won't work
