Hi!
We are not able to edit in on-prem system an Assignment for Custom Fields in Segmentation. We want to make a field visible, but are getting an error:
This assignment was modified by user xxx on 10:3:2018 10:57:07 AM. Do you want to discard your changes and go back to Display mode?
What can we do to get rid of the error and continue our work?
Request clarification before answering.
Apparently HANA view was not properly generated when we added a new field. Were able to fix it by deleting the field and forcing system to regenerate the view. Luckily there is access to the HANA views in on-prem version otherwise we were clueless what is happening.

From the error description and my experience; I can tell you that this field has already been Exported to P system?
Please check and get back with a screenshot.

EDIT:
No fields in Business Context: Marketing: Interaction are now working in the segmentation because of this error. Even those that have data and were working before and are set as "Visible".
User deleted the context and then added back again. Now it is not editable. System is on-prem. There is only a dev system set up and no QA or Prod connected.

Seems some sync error; report to SAP if your experts are not able to resolve!
