"Changing of field properties failed" error

Hi community, does anyone ever had this error:

Changing of field properties failed;An exception was raised

When uploading a CSV list to en Extended Field for C4C.

None of the fields, code or description are longer than 40 char.

Hi Gustavo,

This exception message is raised when the CSV file is not formatted according to C4C standards.

Please check the document below which explains the standards for the CSV file and review the file you're using to find what is incorrect there.
