Is there any documentation of the different symbols on the right side of the Status Bar available?

Hello Klaus,

After testing and consulting with development, we can now provide you with a more concrete definition of each icon.

  • 1.Notifies the user whether the cash drawer is open.
  • 2.The print queue which shows the employee which receipts which have not yet printed. You can also trigger failed prints again from the print queue. The icon will turn red if there was a print error. The user can manually click to show/hide print queue window.
  • 3.Shows that a card payment (or special payment process) is active and will turn red if there was an error in card payment process. It also shows status messages and payment transactions with EFT terminals or other related payment methods (like bluecode mobile payments). It can be manually clicked to show/hide card payment window.
  • 4.Indicates that some receipts are not posted to the backend system, this can help ensure the system is live and transactions and receipts are being processed correctly.
  • 5.Connection from CCO frontend to CCO backend is established e.g. CCOm, Business One.
  • 6.Connection from CCO to backend system ( e.g. CCOm) is working.
  • 7.Turns green when CCO frontend sends data to CCO backend.
  • 8.Turns green when CCO frontend receives data from CCO backend.

I hope this answers your question and gives more clarity about the quick service status bar.

Regards,
Kellieanne

Hi Klaus,
according to the documentation available:

"Status bar:

Shows the status of the cash drawer (for example, if the cash drawer is opened), posting of receipts ( if a receipt has not been posted), and the connection to the SAP Customer Checkout back end (for example, if the POS system is running in the background)".
