Quick selection not displayed on sales screen

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a quick selection in SAP Customer Checkout. I configured the quick selection in my POS system, but I do not see the quick selection on the sales screen. Any ideas?

Hello,

If you are maintaining your quick selection in SAP Customer Checkout manager, 2 main reason for not viewing quick selection in SAP Customer Checkout can be
1) In SAP Customer Checkout manager, the quick selection is not assigned to the PoS system.
2) In SAP Customer Checkout, central quick selection is not enabled.
