Quick selection doesn't sync

Hello everybody,

I have SAP Customer Checkout version 2.0 FP09 PL07 (integrated with SAP Business One), and I want to synchronize a quick selection that I have assigned in SAP Customer Checkout Manager but it does not synchronize with CCO. It always sync the quick selection of SAP by default, with the date of the CCO installation

I have verified:

-Operational and correct license

-SAP Customer Checkout Manager in the same version

-The quick selection is correctly configured

-I have restarted server services

-It syncs articles, prices and customers from the database correctly.

Please, can you help me with this and see why the quick selection does not synchronize?

Many thanks

Hello everybody,

I have already found the solution and wanted to share it with everyone. I had a connection delay to the server.

In the configuration of the POS I have indicated more time in the connection Timeout (500s) in the web service access point in integration / SAP Customer Checkout Manager.

Thank you very much for your previous responses.

Dear soportesaphk-1,

In the CCO configuration -> Integration -> SAP Customer Checkout manager do you have the flag Enable central quick selection management set to ON?

Best regards,

Gunther

Dear soportesaphk-1,

In order to speed things up I'd suggest to open a ticket with us in SAP Product Support. Then we can set up a remote session for a closer look into your installation.

Best regards,

Gunther

Hi Carlos,

Did you assign the Quick selection to your Org. Unit or to the User?
See KBA #2644906 for further information, steps 11 - 15.

Hi Carlos,

You're welcome.

Is it working now?

If not, provide some screenshots of your Quick Selection settings.

Anderson

Hi Anderson,

I show the manager configuration in the following images A and B.

The configuration of the POS terminal is shown in the following images C and D.

The synchronization date is the POS installation date.

The POS is outside of an organizational structure that I show in image E.

Also, I tried adding it to the org structure without success.

Thank you very much for your responses.

Dear soportesaphk-1 ,

In your SAP Customer Checkout manager, go to POS Configuration > Quick Selections > "Find your Quick selection" and click on the Glasses icon > Org. units

Here, you can assign your Quick selection to your org.unit

Check if the correct org. unit is maintained.

Regards,

Anderson
