Quick Selection: CFL for Position Text on item selection

Hello together,

the customer is using table service and has some items that have different options, that must be selected on item selection in the order process in CCO.

Example: Drink with Flavor A, Flavor B or Flavor C (up to twelve different options per item)

Business One is the connected system and only the item "Drink" exists in SAP. Because B1 is the leading system I guess it's not possible to get a menu selection with generic items (CCO manager) or am I wrong?

I would like to get a Choose From List with the different flavors when I select the item "Drink". The flavor can be added as position text. I know that I can create seperate buttons that add a position text, but the selection should be forced automatically on item selection.

How would you solve this?
