Questions regarding C4C Release 2302 / Service topics (homeless ticket, transfer phone calls)

Hi pavithra.n,
I watched the SAP Sales and Service Cloud - 2302 Release Briefing. I have 2 questions regarding the topics you presented.

  1. Where do I find more details about “homeless” objects? (see screenshot of the presentation slide, page 85)

I searched in the ‘Whats New’ documentation. But I could not find it. In the scoping question (business configuration) in C4C I did not find a question regarding this topic either.

  1. Is the transfer of phone calls also possible within in the Service Core or only for Agent Desktop? (see screenshot of the presentation slide, page 99)

We have connected our phone software Avaya via the SAP CTI Adapter to the C4C Live Activity Center. That is the standard integration way in Service Core, as of my understanding.
