Question about stock handling in SAP Customer Checkout

Hello,

How can I check available stock in the Quickservice and Tableservice view of SAP Customer Checkout?

Can I still post receipts with articles, even if there is no stock available for them in the backend system (so basically negative stock would be created)?

Hello,

In the Quick Service and Table Service it is not possible to view stock information. However it is possible to go to the search which is also used by the Retail screen. You need to go to configuration, then search and over there in article, you can perform the function "Stock Overview".

SAP Customer Checkout does not maintain stock information. Hence it is always possible to sell in the standard solution. Based on your configuration in the SBO system, either the transaction is posted and stock is shown as negative or the transaction is stuck in the Monitor(part of BusinessOne Integration framework) and then you see the error message thrown by the SBO(.. negative stock...)
