Question about hierarchy of Service Categories in C4C

Dear All,

I have a question related to ServiceCategories in C4C. Since I have herad, it is suggested to add "Process" as a first level, and this is the structure

But because of our situation I need to add ACtivity as a first level and then Process,Incident at the lower levels.

I saved it and it works for me, but since it is suggestion of SAP to put "Process" as a first level, I want to know does anyone know it can cause any issue or problem?
