Query Sales Quote Webservice not available in C4C

Hello All.

We are using sales quotes in our system and we need a Webservice to search the Quote from External System ,

This are there in this help.sap documents but not available in C4C repository explorer ,I saw in Scoping we have not scoped the "Do you want to use external applications to search for, read, create and edit sales quotes?"

Because even If i scoped this Query Sales Quote is not available in comm. scenario what could be the reason. and why SAP has above specific question for Quote and not for leads and opportunities?

Navigate to work center Administrator -> General Settings: Integration. Select Link "Communication Arrangements" and search for Sales Quote Integration.

Hi Dhruvin,

Please follow the steps below, if Guenter's steps do not work.

1. Go to Administrator-> General Settings-> Communication Scenarios

2. Click New, give scenario a name "Query Sales Quote"

3. Hit the "Add Operation" button, then search by "Service Name" column for service CustomerQuoteProcessingQueryCustomerQuoteIn

4. Choose "Save and Close"

5. Then create your communication arrangement with your new scenario "Query Sales Quote"

Some standard services are there in Communication Scenarios and have to be assigned as an operation.

Thanks both, however while checking this i found one scoping question. Is this question needs to be scoped and reviewed before using web services for salesQuotes?
