Hi All,
I could not able to see ALL Tickets Query in Service?? Any idea why??

Hi Riyu,
Kindly check whether you have restricted access to the Ticket Work center. All Queries are visible to the user with unrestricted access. You can check the same in Administrator -> Business Users -> Edit Access Rights -> Access Restrictions Tab.
