pull one report from Segment builder version in CRM

Hi ,

I need to pull one report from Segment builder version is 4.0,( CRM).

I need some fields from R/3 as well as in the desired report in CRM

Table name & field name is as given below.

table name: KNVV

Field name : VKGRP

How can i proceed for these type of requirement.

any clues and ideas?

Hello Prajith

KNVV- VKGRP is sales group data for customer. You can map your CRM and ERP customers using middleware. After that sales group data will be in CRM as well. Then you could easily proceed with your report.

For BP data replication you should follow best practices below

B01 - Generation

C71 - Connectivity

B09 - Customization replication

C03 - Master and transactional data replication\

Hello Prajith,

Not sure about your questions. If you mean that you want to segment based on data from R/3 , then you need to create infoset  (Sq02) using the above tables. After that you need to create data source using this infoset, create attribute list and then this is available in segment builder for profiling.
