Promotions not getting fired in 6.7

Hi Experts,

I am working 6.7 promotion engine . I created the promotion from the template with giving start time as a current time and end time time as +5 days to current time then i checked in the cart page but it is not applied.

When i am changing the start time one day less to current time same promotion is applying to cart .

So why it is not applying when starting time giving as current time and i selected the correct time zone also.

Please help any one, how to resolve it or where to find the logic for checking the validity of promotion by start time and end

Hi, could it be a timezone issue? Promotion dates are stored in UTC/GMT https://help.hybris.com/1808/hcd/38c9225b471140fdac52cae62b3eebfa.html can you check your local timezone how it differes from this?

Hi, check your cart date. Looks like you have an old cart.
