Promotions based on product quantity

Hi Experts

I have a requirement to fire a promotion rule based on product quantity in hybris 6.7. Scenario:

If I have added products with one product having 4 quantity then I have a give a discount on the cart total The condition should be dynamic as if quantity varies give some ***discount. Please suggest how to do this?

This can be achieved through OOTB functionality using PartnerProductsFixedDiscount and then in the action you can change the OOTB action for providing the discount on cart
