Promotions are not getting fired on cluster mode

Hi experts, We have 2 instances.(Cluster Mode 6.2 version)

instances 1- which handles the website requests.

instances 2- which handles backoffice and cockpit related requests.

CASE 1:my question is when i am creating promotion rule from instance 2 backoffice its creating and replicating in instance 1 after cache clear , after applying promotion on cart page it is not applying and no error log.

CASE 2: when i am creating promotion rule from instance 1 backoffice its creating in both instance 1 and instance 2 ,here promotion applying successfully.

I need solution for case 1

Dear Venkateswarlu,

Please compare extensions from localextensions.xml used on instance 1 and 2. There is a possibility that some extensions are missing on instance 1, or ant clean all and some ant install addon were not executed and nodes are missing classes which should listen to such events and create follow up processes. When recommending you to check these places I assume that both nodes are attached to a single database and there is no issue with an update not being run on front-end nodes. Best Regards, Marta
