Promotion rule not getting fired in 1808v

Hi,

Promotion rules are not getting triggered with vanilla apparel accelerator in 1808v.

Also created a simple product percentage promotion, correct date has been set, published, deployed. But nothing works.

This issue is available in 6.7 as well.

Pls help.

Order Threshold proomotion is working. Product level is not working. For product level it is showing in PDP, but not in cart.
