Promotion fired twice and more times

Hi, experts!

We are using hybris version 6.0, b2c.

Time to time we find some orders with OOTB free gift promotion, which fired more than once.

Conditions could be: cart total, product/category qualifying.

Action always free gift with quantity = 1.

Stackable = false;

Priority > 0;

Maximum Rule Executions = 1;

Generally, promotions work well, but sometimes one promotion could add more than one free gift to the cart.

Users could be different, from different usergroups. Logs without errors.

For example in one day, we have got two orders with the same fired promotions from different users. The first fired correctly and the second fired with trouble (see attachment).

In total, about 10 cases were identified. None have been reproduced.

Could it be hybris bug for this version. And has it been fixed?
