Promotion exclusivity / stackability at Item level

Hello,

I have this scenario:

Promo1 : 20% of discount on product P1 of category C1 (priority 200, promoGroup1)

Promo2 : 10 euros of discount on all products of category C1 when entering a coupon D1 (priority 100, promoGroup1)

Requirement : every item can have a single promotion applied.

Scenario:

P1, P2 both of category C1 are in the cart, I apply the coupon D1

Expectation:

- P1 has 20% discount applied

- P2 has 10 euros discount applied

Actual:

- When I set promoGroup1.exclusivity = true

-- P1 has 20% discount applied

-- P2 has no discount applied

- When I set promoGroup1.exclusivity = false

-- P1 has 20% discount and 10 euros discount applied

-- P2 has 10 euros discount applied

It looks exclusivity works at cart level, not on item level: if a promo has been triggered on any product on the cart, the other promos aren't applied to the other eligible items.

I couldn't find a way to setup the promo exclusivity on item level in order to fulfil the expectation above. Can this be done with the OutOfTheBox promo feature? Could anybody help on this please?
