Hi experts,
I'm working with a custom paired promotion that takes two products in pairs and applies a discount to them. This promotion works as expected when used alone. However, when these products have an out-of-the-box individual promotion (qualifying products and percentage discount on products) that applies only to non-paired products, the individual promotion is sometimes not applied successfully.
Example:
We have 5 products A and 3 products B in the cart.
So, 3 products A and 3 products B have the custom paired promotion applied successfully, as expected.
The 2 remaining products A have the individual promotion applied successfully, as expected.
If I add a new product A to the original cart, the individual promotion is not applied successfully. This is unexpected.
If I remove 1 product A to the original cart, the individual promotion is applied successfully, as expected.
So, in some cases, the individual promotion is not applied successfully.
In which class can I see why the condition is not met so the promotion is not triggered? Or do you have any clues or recommendations about what is wrong?
Thanks
