promotion based on device type and country

Hello

I am looking at the OOTB promotion rules and I didn't find any for the below scenario.

(1) Need to apply the promotion discount based on the device type (mobile vs desktop)

(2) Need to apply the promotion based on the customer country.

Are there any OOTB rules to implement above rules?

There's no out of the box rule for the first one (device targeting)

The 2nd point could be accomplished by putting users of a certain country into a specific group then applying the promo to that group.
