Promise to Pay button in C4C not appearing

Hi Team,

In my Customer financial facet. I didn't find promise to pay button as mentioned in the C4C Utilities documentation.

I checked in adaptation and its not available there in Utility Financials as well as Contract Account->Payment arrangements.

I checked in scoping, but i didn't find any specific scoping question for Promise to pay.

Any guidance will be appreciated.

As per the document , it will show in both BP->Customer Financial->Promise to Pay & CA->Payment Arrangements->Promise to pay. But in both the places its not available.
