I have 2 questions regarding upload of products with multiple dates and times.
We are using products as Event names (Origin 1) and Facilities (Origin 2). Events can be concerts, sports competitions etc. Facilities refer to booking of the facilities for recreation etc.
The first question is
1) The standard product upload template only has "VALID_TO" date that accepts only dates in the YYYYMMDD format. Is there a way I can capture the time without a custom field? This is because I understand that there are API fields available for the equivalent, "ProductValidityEndDate" which accepts timestamp however for this purpose we can only use file uploads.
2) Facilities have multiple dates and each dates can have multiple times of booking by the hour.
Currently my alternative is to concatenate the facilities with date, however it would really expand the whole product list - this is not even counting the time slots of each day. Similar to question 1, how can I put a timestamp in the product level?
