Products- No data in segmentation Marketing cloud

Hi there,

We have successfully uploaded products and product categories from Commerce to SAP MC. The products are visible and appear in the product category and content studio along the images, description etc

However, in segmentation the products or product categories do not appear.

Does anyone know why?

Hi Leo,

to see them in the segmentation you have to load interactions including interaction products to the syetem.

Dear leogovan

Segmentation will show you customer and interactions data. Therefore you need to have interactions with products and category association (ex: shop item view, cart abandoned, sales order or any other interaction types with products). Only then you will be able to use products/categories in segmentation models!
