Products images are not displaying

I am using hybris 6.4.

I am trying to use Product cockpit(PCM) to create products for my newly created category, everything is showing properly except product images not sure what could be the reason.

After adding images for each product using PCM I also have tried to update Solr Index here:

System -> Search and Navigation -> Facet Search Configurations -> Powertools Solr Index

I even have restarted my hybris local server and also run ant clean all but no luck.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Gangula,

hybris uses the images from "galleryImages" for the PDP. galleryImages expects a mediacontainer-object, so you first have to create a mediacontainer, assign the images for the different screen sizes to this mediacontainer and then assign the container to the product.

If the images won't show, you probably did not assign a proper mediaFormat to each image. Default mediaFormats needed are:

mobile, tablet, desktop and widescreen
