Hi All, In B2C acc hybris local installation, I sent a new product to hybris commerce through data hub. The product is showing in the backoffice webpage. I changed its catalog to apparel product catalog online as approved and maintained its price and its stock is also maintained in a warehouse with quantity 20. Then going to apparel-uk local website, it is showing this new product with its price but it is showing out of stock. I have already run the index job through backoffice - system - facet search - facet search config - apparelukindex - index - tried both full and update and it says finally Indexing finished successfully. The product is showing in apparel-uk local website, but it shows out of stock, so disabled cart icon, but it shows enabled Pickup in store Option. I want to get the item available for ordering it through shopping cart. So please suggest how to get the item available for shopping cart? Please suggest. Thanks.

Verify if "Default ATP Formula" is not empty and it is set to correct value. If Default ATP Formula is not set correctly, then we see Out Of Stock for all products!

Hello Rajeev,
In Hybris if you do not have enough stock or do not have the active price. In both scenario's the application shows the product as out of stock. As you mentioned the product is having the stock. Then check the active price. If you add the active price then you will be able to see the product available for purchase.
Thank you. Samudrala

can you please check: 1. if your warehouse(assigned to your product) has base-store assigned. 2. also, you can set your product's in stock status to Force in Stock
Thanks, Yaten
