Product Service Letter Customization

Hi Guru's

I'm trying to create automatic Product Service Letter document when I save the Service Order as completed status. Which steps should have I done for customizing? How can i set the products for both Service Order and PSL documents?

HI Melis,

for the general Question about Product Service Letter consider the

chapter "Customizing for the Product Service Letter"

which covered all the required settings for PSL.

The complete overview for PSL are available are und topic "Product Service Letter" in the SAP Help documentation.

Basically the required service orders are create from the before create product service letter item.
