Product Replication from ECC to Marketinng cloud

Hello Experts,

We have done the Product replication from ERP system to Marketing cloud system. All the data are getting replicated in Marketing cloud system. But we have noticed one thing that products are getting created 2 times in Marketing cloud.

1st time , the product gets created with only the product ID

2nd time , the product gets created with the actual fields which we have mapped.

We are using the standard iflow and also the product extensibility iflow .

From your screenshots, It looks like there were 2 different products getting created.

Please try to switch off the Extensibility = false and try to load a new product again and check.

Hi Yvan,

you only have one iFlow triggered when the product gets replicated from SAP ERP? Can you activate the trace for the iFlow on CPI to check the payload there? That would be helpful.

Do you see more/other data for the product when you change your language in the system?

Hi,

Please find the screen shots of the duplicate products created. The first product is created with product id - 166209.00 --incorrect with all the fields blank and second product is correct with all the fields.

Hi utpal120512. Can you go to the Monitor app in SCPI to see if the other flow is getting an error?

Can you show us how the product is created twice? Maybe you can send a screenshot from the Products and Resonance app or an API result. Whatever is easier for you.

To add to the above description, we notice that only 1 iflow is triggered and also in the marketing cloud message monitor, we see that there is only 1 message we see. We dont see 2 incoming messages. and also in both the products created we see that the "Product Origin Material is--> (SAP ERP) ". This is happening when we are triggerig the Idoc from ERP side.
