Hi,
I have been going through the documentation on product recommendations and I only see the scenarios of B2C , But for my project which is B2B , Could anyone please let me know if the documentation holds good for B2B as well? Can we use product recommendation for B2B application as well?

Yes, it's true that there is little in the way of explicit B2B documentation, however SAP does support B2B Product Recommendations. We have several algorithms which support this:
You can find more detailed information on these algorithms (such data sources and grouping) here:
For you can swap out b2c algorithms in the scenarios and replace them with B2B versions.

I will add that generally, for B2B recommendations, the contact interactions should proceed with the Account's contact (purchasing representative or what have you) viewing and clicking the desired products, while the actual account (the company with which the contact is associated/employed by) purchases the product (the sales order interaction is associated with the account).
