Product Recommendation for B2B Scenario

Hi Team,

We have a scenario were we are replicating the sales orders at Account level from ERP to Marketing system . Now we need to target contacts of those Accounts with Product recommendations based on the last sales order , but the problem here is Sales orders are available at Account level only and we can send emails to contact level so is it possible to use Product recommendation over Email to the Contacts ?

I can generate the Recommendation Scenario for Email but not sure if this works for contacts . Any suggestions or inputs here ?

Hi Surya,

I see that you also created a ticket for this question. As mentioned, no standard delivered algorithm will work for your scenario.

You can check by passing the InteractionAdditionalInteractionContacts to have the collection of contacts available for sales order propagation in your custom built algorithm.
