Product Recommendation for B2B accelerator in Hybris 1905v with SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi,

I am trying to integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP Hybris 1905v B2B accelerator for product recommendations.
I can see the recommendation type scenario IDs in local environment after adding sapymktcommon extension and configuring the properties, but after deploying the same code and properties to other environments, I get a 404 Error and SAP Product Recommendation Component with recommendation type, leading type, other fields are all blank.

Can we integrate SAP Hybris 1905v B2B accelerator with SAP Marketing Cloud for Product Recommendations ?

If yes, what would be the setup steps for Dev environment for example, since I performed all the steps as given in sap documentation and was not successful after the deployment.

Hi Amrutha,

We only the have B2C integration in standard. See our online documentation:

We have not done any standard implementation for B2C.

Note that a 404 error is a "page not found" error. I suggest that you debug your implementation to check is the URL is correct.
