Product recomendations in Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

I want to generate recommendation in hybris marketing cloud.The scenarios are

• Top Sellers in Web Home Page
• Cross-selling in Web Product Details Page
• Cross-selling in Web Checkout Page
• Factsheet Recommendations - Account Buying History
• Factsheet Recommendations - Browsing Favorites
• Factsheet Recommendations - Buying History

I have a query regarding the data that will be utilized to generate the above recommendations.

I only have integration now with ERP and have Sales Order data available in the YMKT Cloud. I dont have integration with YCOMM to bring interactions/Events like product viewd and all.

Is it possible to create recommendation

• Factsheet Recommendations - Account Buying History
• Factsheet Recommendations - Browsing Favorites
• Factsheet Recommendations - Buying History

based on the order data that we have brought from ECC and use this recommendation in ycomm page to show recommendation in the ycomm screen.

Please let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks for your reply.

I have gone through the documentation but could not find below things .

1.Is there any specific interaction type which is utilized by the model to generate the below recommendation.This information was not there in the documentation.

• Factsheet Recommendations - Buying History
• Factsheet Recommendations - Account Buying History

Based on the interaction type ,I may able to reach the conclusion that ,We can create it on top of ERP Sales data or not.

Though It'snot documented here, I think it will be possible to use the PrdVwd etc interactions from ERP/yComm; check here - Commerce. Give it a try in test system and keep us updated here.
