Hi, I have created the product level promotion for set of qualifying products and added those products from Online version in backoffice. After saving the promotion the selected products showing as from staged version and it got changed automatically. This promotion is not working.
Please help me...

Hi Ramamohan,
When creating new promotion it does not matter if you add products from the Staged catalog or the Online catalog to that promotion. Only the product code matters. Whether the promotion if for the Online or Staged is decided based on the module it is published to. If it is on the 'promotion-preview-module' it is for the Staged catalog and if it is on the 'promotion-module' it is for the Online catalog.
Please attach the screenshot of your promotion or what you did in this promotion so I can further investigate.
