Product images are not displayed even though images are present in media folder

Product images are not being displayed even though its Multimedia has images (300x300) , thumbnail (96x96), gallery image also has media of all the sizes. The image src has url (medias/sys_master/images/images/h22/h86/9055302516766/code.jpg) . When i am trying to hit this link in the browser it doesn't loads the image, it redirects me to my site.

Where (in storefront/hMC/cockpit/backoffice)? Which version of hybris are you using?

Dear, have you found the reason for this? I am facing the same issue. I tried everything but no luck!

Using hybris 6.4 , in hmc the images have the above path, also in my storefront on product landing page, some images are loaded and some are not, i checked the images at the path(data/media/sys_master) , the images are present. Ran full indexing but no luck
