Product file limit

Could you please clarify on the below queries-

1. Can we upload multiple product file, each file's size smaller than 100MB?

2. What should be the maximum system limit in GBS?

Hi dhiria_yashika1997_82, here are your answers:

1) No - you can only ever upload one product file as it will completely overwrite the previous file. You always need to upload your entire product catalog. Please see the documentation here.

2) This is from the same documentation page:

• If your product data file contains more than a million items, please contact Emarsys Support before importing it.
• You can upload gzip compressed product data files to Emarsys. If your file runs to several hundred megabytes in size, you may want to consider compressing it.

So there isn't a hard limit as such, but upload time and system performance will be affected if it is too large.
